Features:
During the process of operating, rotor in high speed will be brought along by electric motor
Material will be stricken by flat hammer to be crushed and then be countered to liner for second crushing, then be discharged through discharge opening
Cubic shape dealing with material, 500mm side length, not more than 350MPa anti-pressure strength
Widely used in first and secondary crushing for final products
Discharge opening can be adjusted
Used in water, electricity, expressway, sand and stone

Operating principles:
Crushes materials with impact force
When materials enter blow bar area, they are crushed due to high-speed impact of blow bar and are thrown to impact plates on rotor for secondary crush
Materials will be shot back to blow bar again for third crush
Process repeats until materials are crushed to required size and discharged from lower part of machine
Size and shape of finished powder can be changed by adjusting gap between impact rack and rotor support
Machine employs self-weigh security device in its back frame
When other objects enter impact cavity, they will be forced out of machine by impact rack in front and back of machine
